Coccoluto brain new / Dj stories vol 1

Con una formazione musicale originariamente influenzata dall' hard rock e il punk, la sua illuminazione verso le sonorità etnico-tribali contaminate dall' elettronica avvenne con l' ascolto dell' album "Remain in light" dei Talking Heads, la sua passione per i dischi in vinile fece il resto.
Nasceva artisticamente il Dj Claudio Coccoluto, universalmente chiamato "Cocco".
A mio (e non solo) parere, uno dei più tecnicamente dotati del mondo quando si tratta di miscelare e produrre vibrazioni sonore attraverso il mixer, un vero pilastro dell' underground anni 90'.
Qui la definizione di disk-jockey è riduttiva, qui mi sbilancerei piuttosto verso il termine "Mix Performer".
Per chi si riempie la bocca e le orecchie solo di nomi recenti del clubbing internazionale, il nome "Cocco" dirà poco o nulla, come per "Brand new".

(Oggi la programmazione di Mtv al posto della musica, praticamente trasmette solo dei reality, di cui il più emblematico riguarda delle minorenni sovrappeso incinta)
